Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart.

Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside, awakens.

- Carl Jung

People always ask what I read from at the end of every class during svasana. I adapt the daily meditations from the Science of Mind magazine, a monthly publication, which has been an important part of my own meditation and yoga practice for over 15 years.

I am regularly inspired by my most favorite books The Bhagavad Gita and The Prophet by Kahlil Gibran. I use them as guides for living a fulfilled and productive life.

Testimonials

In my ten years practicing yoga, I have taken classes with dozens of teachers, many of whom I loved and thrived with, but only in Christie’s class can I say I feel truly cared for, from her greeting, to the attention paid to her students during the practice, to the parting words she imparts at the end of each class. – EM

Always delivered with a smile, Christie’s practice has the perfect balance of mind, body, and spirit. She creates a challenging and healing practice on and off the mat. Her total focus is on the needs of her students. And, at the end of her retreat I felt like I was 21 again! – KM

Christie is a teacher who has the rare combination of advanced technical skills and mechanics of instruction, the knowledge and training of an experienced teacher, the enthusiasm that she brings to each session, and the individual attention she brings to each student. – MM

By far, my favorite instructor is Christie, whose enthusiasm is infectious. She’s really great about gently helping you improve your postures and she paces the class well. – SL
