I have led several retreats each year so that we can take a break from the everyday and immerse ourselves in practice. Retreats can have a profound impact on participants’ health and wellbeing, and allow them to take their practice to the next level. They offer an opportunity to retreat from the daily stresses of life in serene environments with daily yoga practices, healthy and local cuisine, and plenty of time for exploration and introspection. During and after our practice, I make myself available for participants to experiment with their practice and to answer all of your yoga questions. Retreats include equal parts structured and free time and all activities are optional. I have led groups to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, Calistoga, CA, Hawaii and Italy!
